Domination is not only exercised—it materializes.

My artistic practice investigates how contemporary systems of value and domination inscribe themselves into bodies, materials, and infrastructures. The body is not the subject of my work but the condition through which these systems take hold. I call my method future archeology treating the present as something already in the process of becoming historical.

Working with marble, devalued euro banknotes, server racks, screenshots, and BDSM hardware, I translate digital, economic, and institutional processes into sculptural situations. Rather than representing social systems, my works isolate the forces, dependencies, and infrastructures through which they operate. They create situations in which domination is encountered through its material conditions.
